Please send an e-mail to jaime@mightymilestones.org if you can't find the answer to your question.

We offer a range of physical therapy services, including but not limited to treatment of torticollis, plagiocephaly, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and gross motor delays. For patients within a 25 mile radius of Dublin, Ohio, treatment is performed in your home. For those outside of that radius, treatment can be performed at Sensory Savvy Kids in Hilliard, Ohio for a small additional fee.

No, you do not need a referral from your doctor to receive PT services in the state of Ohio.

A typical physical therapy session at Mighty Milestones lasts about one hour. However, the length of your session may vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan.

  • Local outpatient clinics can have wait lists of a month or more. At Mighty Milestones, our patients are scheduled within a week.
  • We do not have productivity requirements. This means your therapist is not overloaded with patients and can give more of themselves to your child in their sessions.
  • Most outpatient clinics overschedule their therapists to maximize profit, which leads to therapist fatigue and sub-par treatments.
  • Therapy is provided in-home, which saves parents valuable time driving to and from therapy. This also improves carry-over, because we are using your equipment in your space, and the parent or caregiver gets hands-on practice throughout the treatment session.

At this time, we do not bill insurance plans. We feel we can provide better, patient-focused care this way, as time spent negotiating payment with insurance companies takes away from the time we have to dedicate to patient care.

We are always happy to provide a superbill, which is an itemized statement detailing the list of services provided as well as payments received. These can be submitted for reimbursement from insurance companies or HSA/FSA funds.

My evaluation costs $200 and includes a full-body examination, a comprehensive home exercise program and parent education. Follow-up visits are $120. A sliding scale is offered based on proof of income, as we never want to deny treatment to anyone. Lastly, discounts are offered to more long-term patients.

If you live in the state of Ohio, we can see your child virtually as long as it is determined that virtual treatment will be effective in meeting your child's needs. Feel free to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation where we can determine if virtual PT is right for you and your child.
